Position Summary: Copia Resources is hiring Crew Member / Recycling Sorters, driving our company-provided pickup truck. This is an entry-level position. Qualifications:
- Able to work the following shift: Monday - Friday - starting shift time 4:00 am
- Ability to repetitively lift 75 lbs (furniture, appliances, household items)
- Ability to push and pull a wheeled bin weighing 600 lbs.
- Ability to send emails, text messages, and picture messages by cell phone
- Overtime is mandatory $$$
Job Responsibilities:
- Service / sort client salvage resource enclosures
- Sweep and maintain enclosure appearance
- Load and remove bulk items from bins
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in roles similar to janitorial, sanitation, busser, dishwasher, sewage, etc (NOT required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus (NOT required)
Personal Characteristics:
- Must work well with others and represent Copia Resources, professionally
