What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Copper Mule Table & Tap?
Copper Mule Table & Tap is looking for a Bartender to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You will set up stations with all necessary supplies and provide service to guests. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working person willing to learn in a fast-paced workplace. We are looking for someone who is organized, has great communication skills, and enjoys working in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock liquor and non-alcoholic beverages at the liquor cabinet or server station
- Prepare drinks using the correct ingredients and methods according to company guidelines
- Serve alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
- Receive and process orders from customers
- Communicate with kitchen staff about food and drink availability or needs
- Cleaning duties, such as wiping down tables and chairs, taking out trash, etc.
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Maintain cleanliness at the beverage station and throughout the restaurant
- Keep stock of all alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to original instructions and with high quality standards
Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years bartending experience required.
- Basic math skills are required to calculate the right amount of ingredients needed for drinks
- Knowledge of which kind of liquor to use in what quantity
- Knowledge of which kind of beer to use in what quantity
- Knowledge of which kind of cocktail recipes are used is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $6.95 - $7.00 per hour
