We are a seeking a Website and Graphic Design Specialist to join a highly motivated, innovative, and ambitious marketing team. The person in this role will be bringing communications to life producing digital artwork, illustrations, infographics, print materials, branding for products and events, advertising, websites, videos, and much more! The right person enjoys challenging their creative muscles, is a problem-solver, and isn’t afraid to speak up and explore the best solutions for the right reasons.

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for front-end website design and development
- Drive ongoing improvements to the Copper River Family of Companies' visual storytelling
- Create on-brand, clearly articulated, and contextually appropriate assets (digital ads, one-pagers, datasheets, case studies, etc.)
- Maintain copy and brand style guidelines, ensuring they are implemented across all creative execution
- Contribute to brainstorming and creative brief development and articulate design decisions
- Support our strategic capture and proposals efforts with technical illustrations and infographics
Qualifications:
- Education:
- BA/BS degree in Graphic Design
- Required Knowledge/Experience:
- Four plus (4 ) years experience in graphic design and front-end web development
- Must be highly proficient in WordPress and have knowledge of additional software required to design, build, test, and host websites of various complexity
- Must have knowledge of current web design principles, SEO, responsive website development, and UX/UI aesthetics and design
- Hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint which will be used for designing purpose
- Detail-oriented with a strong learning and creative mindset
- Preferred Knowledge/Experience:
- Experience working within the Federal Government space a plus
- Be able to provide a portfolio and/or sample of previous work
- Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the department/contract
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must comply with all federal COVID-19 related vaccination and testing requirements, including, but not limited to, those set out in Executive Order 14042
