Duties Include:

  • Maintain and repair copiers & printers at various customer locations
  • Troubleshoot/diagnose digital copier/printer problems in a connected environment
  • Interact with customers to determine service needs on equipment & ensure overall customer satisfaction with the service performed
  • Install all manufacturer-mandated equipment modifications & updates on assigned equipment
  • Maintain & manage parts inventory

  • A strong work ethic required
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Professional & well-groomed
  • Ability to work independently
  • Computer networking experience is a plus but not required
  • Mechanical background a plus, but not required - must have a strong mechanical aptitude
  • A high level of analytical ability to identify solutions to human, technical or administrative issues
  • A High School diploma required

Returning military vets with electronic or mechanical experience are highly recommended and encouraged to apply

**Must have a valid driver's license & clean driving record**
**Pre-employment drug screen & criminal background check is required**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
