CORA is currently seeking a Data Systems and Reporting Administrator to provide technical expertise for the design, adaptation and ongoing support of CORA's data collection and reporting systems.
Salary: $52,850 - $59,575
This is a hybrid role

Working as a Data Systems and Reporting Administrator, you will:
- Lead the management, adaptation, and enhancement of systems of record for the collection of granular service data, for the various systems used by the agency (EHR, Salesforce and other/funder databases):
- Manage interdepartmental system implementation and expansion projects.
- Work with end users to obtain an understanding of program operations, funding source requirements, and required granular data elements.
- Collaborate with Data team and program managers on system enhancements that will promote operational efficiency.
- Participate with Data team and vendors on application design and configuration.
- Set up and configure user accounts, profiles, worker roles, and data access rules to assure that application security complies with internal CORA policies and regulatory requirements.
- Promote data integrity by developing and implementing procedures to help assure that the data in the agency databases is clean, complete, and consistent.
- Prepare user documentation, conduct user training sessions, and coordinate end-user system testing when implementing new systems or major enhancements to existing systems.
- Maintain and/or build Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities.
- Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, and email Alerts.
- Develop and maintain standard and custom reports to meet the reporting requirements for all levels of the agency, and ensure all reports are presented in a timely, logical and understandable format.
- Navigate and retrieve data from multiple source systems and perform cross-platform data analysis.
- Provide broad analytical and operational support to the Data department unit.
Qualified candidates for a Data Systems and Reporting Administrator should posses the following:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience required.
- 3 years of experience in database design and data management.
- Understanding of data modelling concepts and tools including the relational model, entity-relationship diagramming, logical data modelling, and physical database design objects.
- SQL development experience with a strong knowledge of the procedures and techniques involved in designing, coding, testing, documenting, and maintaining database systems.
- Experience of Structured Query Language (SQL) in one or more dialects; and well versed in the knowledge of such database elements as indexes, constraints, validation rules, functions, calculated fields, queries, and views.
- Experience with social services and/or EHR data is a plus.
- A thorough understanding of Salesforce Deployment Process and tools like SFDX, ANT and Force.com IDE.
- Experience implementing and developing end to end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc.,
- Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite of products (PPT, Excel, Access, Word, etc.).
- Experience or familiarity with building data models using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Ability to integrate and support data requirements from new and existing applications.
- Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications.
- Well versed with customization and configuration best practices.
- Experience with quality control procedures (monitoring data cleanliness, quality, and reliability), and data documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to learn new applications quickly.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the agency, as well as outside partners.
