The salary range for the position is $70k-$78k per year based on experience. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE.

Responsibilities

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible to oversee, coordinate, and communicate all aspects of daily housekeeping execution.  The Executive Housekeeper is responsible to prepare daily assignments and projects for housekeeping attendants, housepersons, and supervisors. The Executive Housekeeper will develop, track and coordinate deep cleaning of residences and maintenance of the log. The Executive Housekeeper is responsible to perform all job responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner while supporting and expecting the same level of performance from staff. The Executive Housekeeper ensures assignments are made in the most cost-effective manner, providing the highest quality housekeeping to CoralTree Residence Collection owners and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work flexible hours and days, including weekends
• 3 years of housekeeping or hospitality management experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other operational systems
• Must have a valid Hawaii driver's license, acceptable Driving Abstract and insurable within the Destination Residences Hawaii system
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrate a high level of skills in the areas of diplomacy, problem solving, and relationship building.
