Customer Service Representative

We are growing here at Corbett Exterminating, and we are looking to add another exceptional Customer Service Representative to our team.

Our Customer Service Representatives do the right thing, even when no one is watching. We are motivated and flexible, and we enjoy incorporating enthusiasm and humor into our daily work. We respect and depend on one another, and we always take the initiative to step up to the plate.

Do you have strong planning and organization skills? Are you able to prioritize your work to get things done in a timely manner? Are you collaborative and love working with people?

If so, we are looking for someone like you. If you've got what it takes, we'll provide the rest.

Specific Duties: Our CSRs provide friendly, knowledgeable and timely support to our customers, as well as complete work in our office. Our ideal CSRs know that the more they learn about the pest control industry, the more helpful they can be to our customers throughout the pest control service. You are effective in a dynamic environment, love learning new things, and enjoy helping people.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Schedule service with customers
• Answer incoming calls and perform follow up calls to customers
• Complete data entry and other administrative tasks
• Use Windows operating system and MS Office applications like Word and Excel
• Answer a multiple line phone system
• Use clear verbal and written communication
• Contribute to building strong morale and team spirit throughout the office
• Promote cooperation, build teamwork, and help resolve conflict
• Manage emotions in stressful situations
• Edit spelling and grammar written in English

Qualifications

• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable dealing with the public
• High school degree or GED (or be a current high school student)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work 8-5, with some overtime and some Saturdays as needed
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Experience working in an office environment
• Able to pass background check and drug test
• Team mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Reliable and punctual for all work assignments

Education and /or experience:

High School diploma or General Education Degree.
