Responsibilities
- Ability to assemble wire assemblies and harnesses from limited documentation.
- Connects wires to terminals and attaches various kinds of hardware to wires.
- Labeling Wire Harnesses
- Looming - Installation of wire harness protective covering
- Heat Shrinking
- Crimping wire terminals by machine
- Wide variety of work assignments that require hand dexterity and skill.
- Manually push, pull, and bend wire while installing protective wire covering.
- Optimizing day-to-day activities.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them
- Ensure the safe use of equipment
- Check production output according to specifications
- Communicate with Inventory Manager
Skills
- Familiarity with wire and wire harnesses - experience with stereo installations, accessories, and hobbies are all helpful.
- Experience in using various types of tools and manufacturing machinery
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills
- Time & priority management
- Experience in a technical, or relevant field will be an advantage

Starting Wage DOE. Pay increases available after a training period. Medical benefits available after 60 days. Day shift, Monday through Friday
