Corbus is seeking a Power BI Developer/Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team. The Analyst will define, measure and track KPIs, measuring operational performance and outcomes. This role will meet with stakeholders to understand the sources of data and the analytical needs; develop proactive performance measures and establish monitoring systems to detect and alert teams of potential issues; create reports, dashboards, graphs and visualizations that effectively communicate the meaning of the data collected. The Supply Chain Data Analyst will analyze data to identify areas of operations to improve efficiency, as well as provide analysis in support of strategies, which will help prioritize and provide focus for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and report analytic dashboards to key stakeholder groups.
- Gather documentation and implementation requirements from stakeholders for new Scorecards, KPI's and performance improvement initiatives.
- Analyze key data components (e.g., Costs and KPIs etc.) to help with fact-based decision making.
- Push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry and company practices when analyzing data to provide creative and innovation solutions.
- Research best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data.
- Analyze and troubleshoot reports, ensure data accuracy and timeliness, and provide interpretation and analysis of data for operation management.
- Communicate across the function in area of expertise to benchmark or share best practices within the organization.
- Apply a good understanding of underlying data, data structure, KPIs and the business uses for weekly, monthly, and quarterly recurring dashboards which fulfill basic information requests, but that will also help monitor trends and measure KPI’s.
- Develop new and ad-hoc reports by working with stakeholders to define report requirements, track requests, and complete reports adhering to reporting requirements and deadlines.
- Creatively visualize data in a variety of formats to provide relevant and persuasive insights
- Develop insights through analysis and visualization with data to inform and influence stake holders.
- Build conceptual models of data projects and develop solutions to address them statistically.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of supply chain experience
- 1 year experience in developing, updating and maintaining Power BI is required
- Programming experience with SQL or Alteryx or data transformation software
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of business systems and data management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio & Word)
- Excellent communication skills
