Position Summary
The Project Manager will serve as a primary contact for customers and is responsible for managing projects from beginning to end. This includes but is not limited to budgeting, bidding, contracting, scheduling, staffing and customer follow-up. The Project Manager will participate through project completion by ensuring regular contact with customers through project completion. In addition, Project Manager will have oversight of Associate Project managers.

Job Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing project plans and designs
Serve as primary contact to customer contacts from time of contract execution through completion of project.
Act as liaison between the customer and field employees and company departments.
Plan and evaluate project progress from initial conception through project completion.
Facilitate or attend all project related meetings both internally and externally.
Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, customer reports and project updates as required.
Analyze project revenue, cost and profitability against project quote and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
Review customer specifications and project quotes.
Negotiate changes throughout the process of completing the project.
Follow the status of projects by keeping customers and field employees on project informed and negotiate completion times with the customer.
Resolve problems for customers during the process of completing each project and determine necessary actions to resolve problems.
Meet and speak regularly with customers.
Perform additional duties as requested/required by the customer and/or company.
Basic Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, engineering, Project Management and/or equivalent experience required
3-7 years of Project management Experience
Must be comfortable in both office and field environments
Ability to create and manage costs and schedules associated with projects and problems that may arise with those projects
Ability to track and manage job costs and implement steps to maximize profit
Possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to create and maintain relationships
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings is a must
Ability to multitask and prioritize with a high attention to detail
Ability to maintain organization with multiple, time sensitive projects
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Strong planning, organizational and decision making skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and all levels of company personnel
