15 years’ progressive business development experience; 7 years’ management experience; must be an energetic self-starter with strong executive presence, detail and results-oriented, and have the ability to work effectively in any environment; must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; possess a strong network of business development contacts; professional communication skills -both written, verbal and presentation; intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite; able to act with all levels in an organization.

General Responsibilities:
- Establishes the strategy and execution of distribution and warehouse model.
- Leads acquisition and growth activities, including investigations, evaluations and negotiations, and due diligence and partners with President, DNS to ensure assimilation of new or acquired entities.
- Motivates, directs, and monitors the activities of the various departments to achieve their objectives while ensuring that the company’s objectives are clearly understood and aggressively and consistently pursued.
- Identifies new business development opportunities and provides follow-through from the initial contact to completion of documents.
- Participates in the company’s revenue forecasting efforts with a goal of achieving consistent accuracy of such forecasts.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategic, deal requirements, potentials and financials, evaluation operations and resolving internal priorities.
- Provides leadership to Account Management team to ensure efficient operation of function.
