Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all aspects of COD and National Account moves that include calling customers to schedule delivery, entering data into the client and internal systems, and generating required paperwork.
- Serve as the main point of contact with the customer.
- Assist with answering a high volume of phone calls.
- Schedule and manage special deliveries of freight.
- Receive and manage shipments for assigned clients that include reviewing packing slips, updating data in client computer systems, printing necessary paperwork, etc.
- Assist with the preparation of company payroll ensuring the accuracy of payments.
- Calculate and generate billing statements.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned.

- Accurate, detail-oriented, and punctual in performing work tasks and completing reports/billing.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now.
- Entry-level knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Some knowledge of invoice creation and billing.
- Customer service experience.
- Extensive data entry and computer skills including but not limited to word, excel, and outlook.
- Telephone and interpersonal etiquette.
- Experience working in a fast pace environment.
- Great communication skills both written and verbal.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
