Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare the annual marketing action plan and manage the budget
- Take responsibility of the marketing plan and hit all deadlines
- Ensure quality targets are met
- Take leadership for a range of projects creating relevant project briefs to design department
- Attending photo shoots
- Managing schedules and diaries
- Negotiate and manage costs
- Provide Product Marketing input into the company
- Liaise with stakeholders of the company to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Determine future marketing activity
- Communicate with other offices and share best practices from other regions
- Support European sales subsidiaries sales activity with the creation of tools for internal and external sales teams
- Provide input to the central Web Strategy so the products are accurately represented
- Ensure that all new products are accurately updated at launch
- Ensure management are regularly kept updated on each project
- Support the Product Manager in delivering key projects
- Evaluate sales activity within local sales subsidiaries, and share this with internal stakeholders
- Holding sales review meetings with sales subsidiaries to understand local activity
- Liaising with Product Development internal teams to look at and understand commercial feedback from the market
- Research target markets and competitors marketing/promotion actions
- Visit EU sales offices, exhibitions, and conduct own web research if required
- Help to forecast the Budget spend
- Planning the quarterly Mobile meetings
- Degree level qualified in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a product marketing role within IT related industry is essential
- Exposure to the Auto ID/ mobile device market is desirable
- Ability to manage marketing projects whilst showing excellent time management skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience in marketing budget management
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Must be a team player
- Must be self-motivated and able to deliver individual marketing projects
- Must be able to analyse relevant market data
- Ability to present information verbally and in written form.
- Competent on Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Flexibility to travel
