- Handle cash transactions and operate cash register or POS system

Experience:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar restaurant software
- Strong math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Experience in catering or event bartending is a plus
Skills:
- Proficient in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and take orders effectively
- Knowledge of different drink recipes and ability to create custom cocktails upon request
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and ability to operate a cash register or POS system
