We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Accountant. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance and a keen eye for accuracy. Experience in the property accounting industry is a definite plus.

- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve payment and billing issues.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in the property accounting industry is a plus.
