**Key Responsibilities:**

2. Formulate diagnoses and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's mental health requirements.
3. Administer medication management and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
5. Provide counseling and psychotherapy services to patients and their families.
6. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment choices, and self-care strategies.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

**Qualifications:**
1. Possession of a valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York with specialization in Psychiatry (PMHNP).
