Responsibilities:

  • This is a full-time Project Manager role based in Commerce City, CO.
  • Manage daily project tasks, including cost management, divisional coordination, direct communication with owners/General Contractors, pre-construction, and overall project management from inception to completion.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and communication abilities while overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
