Core Business Solutions is looking for an Instructional Designer to support our growing Program Development team. This position is responsible for new course development as needed as well as implementing changes to existing courses when necessary. The Instructional Designer will use strong interpersonal, written, and visual communication skills to bring together text, images, video and audio to communicate and educate our customers. This individual will also serve as the project manager for the various development programs within the department, so experience in organizing and managing multiple, ongoing projects is a must. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
