What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Technician position at Core Communities & Investments?
We are currently seeking maintenance technicians in the Salt Lake City area. We’re looking for responsible, hardworking people who value being an integral part of a well- run team.
Responsibilities:
- Turnover of vacant apartments for occupancy
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Drywall
- Carpentry
- HVAC
- Must be available for emergency maintenance call
- Snow removal.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in apartment maintenance
- Strong working knowledge of general troubleshooting in plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, HVAC and mechanical areas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional certifications are preferred but not required, i.e., HVAC, CPO, etc.
- Must have own tools
- Valid Utah drivers’ license and reliable transportation.
