Job Description:
As a Pipefitter with Core Crew, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of internal and external pipe and hose systems. You will work on a variety of tasks such as:
Replace broken or damaged parts or sections with new parts.

• Install or replace pipes with water, gas, electrical or pneumatic components in animal housing or other animal facilities.
• Inspect and test water, gas, air or other components to determine their integrity.
• Install or replace hoses using clamps, couplings, grommets, eye bolts, etc.
• Unclog stoppered pipes and replace or install pipe sections as needed to accommodate animal housing or other vehicle exhaust systems.
• Repair pipes by removing damaged sections, installing new clamps, couplings, grommets, eye bolts, etc., and inserting new parts.
• Repair animal housing systems by replacing doors, windows, grates, fences etc.
• Clean and maintain equipment by performing routine preventive maintenance on machinery including cleaning and lubricating parts as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent GED required; 4 years of related experience in a related field; knowledge of water supply system required; Valid driver’s license preferred. Knowledge of animal care practices preferred. Must be willing to work overtime as needed during inclement weather conditions.'
