Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations team, including network engineers, customer support, and construction personnel, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes that enhance productivity and ensure service delivery meets the highest standards.
- Oversee the construction and maintenance of infrastructure, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage customer support operations to ensure exceptional service levels, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Coordinate with other departments to integrate operations with overall company policies and goals.
- Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle administrative duties, including budgeting, forecasting, and staff scheduling.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, streamline operations, and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards across all operational activities.
- Proven leadership experience (minimum 8 years) with a strong ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Strong administrative and reporting skills, with attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedicated to around the clock support for the team as issues may come up after office hours.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A solid background in telecommunications, with comprehensive understanding of network operations, construction, and customer support.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a track record of improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Operations Management, Telecommunications, Business Administration or a related field.
