Wound Care Nurse Manager - MLTC
Join our team as a Wound Care Nurse Manager in our Bronx office. We're a leading MLTC program with offices across NY, offering a rewarding role with excellent benefits and competitive compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, teaching, and training on wound care management to staff, members, or their representatives.
- Collaborate with physicians and the Chief Medical Officer to develop treatment plans for members with active wounds.
- Monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans and provide follow-up and direction to staff and members.
Qualifications:
- Current New York State RN License.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in Acute Care settings.
- Current Wound Care Certification.
- Staff development or adult instruction experience preferred.
- Knowledge of DOH and MLTC standards for home care.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.
Compensation: $95,000-$110,000 annually
