What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpenter/Laborer (in shop) position at Core & Shell Building Co.?
Core & Shell Building is seeking tradesmen with experience within any of the following trades/skills:
- ability to layout and accurately cut sheathing
- sheathing and rigid insulation application to steel framing
- finish applications including: EIFS, sheet metal panels, thin masonry, wood/fiber cement siding, and/or insulated metal panels would be a plus
- steel framing construction experience is a plus
- will be inside with year-round work security
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
