Location: Multiple Miami Locations
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000

My client is a family- owned, Cuban concept restaurant group based in Miami! They Pride themselves on being a tourist’s hotspot, running for 50 years they offer Latin America flavors that cannot be found anywhere else in the US. They are looking for a Front of house manger to come join their team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders to drive best practices
- Ensure guests receive the highest level of food quality and service
- Manage and develop the restaurant team
- Have a hands-on approach
Qualifications:
- You have FOH/restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant
- You have exceptional organizational skills
- You have experience in high-volume, fast passed restaurant environments
- You have a flexible schedule
- You are full of passion and drive
