Job Description:

Do you want to work in an environment that supports an individual's holistic journey to a healthier version of themselves?

CoreLife is an innovative and rapidly expanding multidisciplinary healthcare company. At the core of our approach are four essential disciplines: Medical, Nutrition, Exercise, and Behavioral Health. There is a direct link between obesity, chronic health issues and behavioral health disorders. In 2021, CoreLife enhanced its behavioral health pillar through the addition of Licensed Clinical Social Workers to care teams in Maryland, North Carolina, Alabama, Delaware, and Pennsylvania clinics. The LCSW’s have been pivotal in increasing positive patient experiences and patient outcomes. Patients who experience chronic medical and obesity related conditions have a higher rate of symptoms and need the support and care of Licensed Clinical Social Workers. We are looking for LCSWs for our Maryland clinics who are passionate and motivated to collaborate with the other disciplines to increase a patient's holistic and positive experience through this integrated model of treatment.
