CoreSpect is seeking an experienced Termite Inspector who is experienced in performing WDO Escrow inspections for real estate transactions and doing treatments as an applicator.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to be on the ground floor of a growing termite company and help shape the process and help build this department from scratch.
You will perform inspections throughout the Bay Area and provide treatments, ensuring compliance with state and local municipality paperwork requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
The Termite Inspector is responsible for:
- Performing Escrow inspections and writing reports
- Ensuring compliance with state and local municipality paperwork requirements, such as filing usage reports and submitting completed and supplemental reports
- Coordinating with other departments within the company, homeowners, home buyers, and their agents to ensure seamless service delivery
- Estimating costs, determining crew time, and scheduling work for termite projects
- Maintaining company-issued equipment in a clean condition at all times
- Using your own vehicle for work when necessary
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to perform escrow inspections, perform treatment applications, and manage wood repair jobs
- At least 5 years of experience in the termite industry, including extensive knowledge of all types of wood-destroying organisms and the damage they cause
- Familiarity with construction methods and terminology
- Knowledge of current rules and regulations enacted by various governmental agencies
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Job Requirements:
- You will need to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, physical examination, and lung capacity test if required to wear respiratory protection
- You must possess a valid driver's license and provide a current DMV printout showing a good driving record
- You must be able to operate common hand-held carpenter tools and use and maintain safety equipment
- Branch III Field Representative license from the State of California and a Structural Pest Control Board license are required
Education and Licensing:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bachelor's degree or relevant industry certifications are a plus
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Must be physically fit and capable of safely crawling and climbing in confined, hot/cold, damp, odoriferous, dirty, and/or poorly lighted areas
- You will work outdoors in all types of weather and with various chemicals and materials commonly found in and around structures
Starting salary: $55,000 - $65,000/year (depending on experience and fit for the job)
