Fill the doctor's prescriptions for glasses or contacts. Style patients as necessary based on face shapes and colors. Review and approve invoices that go through the optical shop. Obtain authorizations from insurance and enter insurance information into EPIC. Keep boards filled and displays current. Maintain optical shop inventory, meeting with frame representatives for ordering new product. Keep inventory current and update weekly in appropriate tracking tool. Handle returns and obtain credits in timely manner.
