GENERAL SUMMARY:
Directs day-to-day operations of a site. Helps coordinate activities between patients and staff. Addresses money handling and billing issues at their location. Assists with billing and clerical staff support functions as needed. Enters, monitors, and maintains Kronos for designated employees. Does quarterly compliance audits. Manages patient and staff issues.
Scope of this position will be determined by leadership according to defined leveling criteria.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Performs office management duties, including payroll, ordering/inventory of all supplies and patient scheduling.
2. Supervision of staff, scheduling, timekeeping, hiring, training and evaluating performance as needed. Cover for direct reports during absences.
3. Assists with special projects as needed.
4. Oversees and provides support in charge entry, cash posting, work queues and follow-up where designated. Responsible for petty cash and deposits.
5. Provide operational support, when applicable with clinical skill validation, within the practice to assist as needed.

Education / Training:
• High School Diploma required. Some college preferred.
Work Experience:
• Prior experience working in a healthcare environment preferred.

Other Qualifications:
• Strong computer skills, excellent communication, interpersonal time management and organizational skills required. Needs to have an ability to lead others. Must exhibit behaviors associated with the Corewell Health Standards of Mission, Vision, and Values.
