Corin is seeking a Supply Chain Manager (US) to lead and manage the Supply Chain Team (which consists of warehouse and logistics personnel as well as Planners) while ensuring the effective process management of all implants, instruments, and robotics manufactured and distributed by Corin USA.
As the Supply Chain Manager US, you will drive the supply chain, and manage and plan materials and inventory whilst continuously improving processes and tools for balancing financials and service to customers, based in our Raynham US headquarters.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of previous Supply Chain managerial / team-leading experience in a corporate environment.
- Experienced in ERP systems management and other supply chain management applications.
- APICS / ISM / SCPro certification preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
- Ability to prioritize actions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to plan, direct, and maintain long and short-term goals.
- Analytical, data-focused mindset coupled with process improvement implementation.
- Logical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, calmly, and professionally.
The key responsibilities of the Supply Chain Manager (US) are.
Supply of Components and Finished Goods:
- Monitor the supply of implants, instruments, and robotics; finished goods, and components, in support of the demand plan.
- Establish and maintain effective inventory levels to minimize backorders and improve inventory turns.
- Prepare and participate in weekly supply meetings with Global Supply Chain to ensure consistent supply.
- Communicate the status of supply to the Commercial team, identifying risks and expected recovery timelines.
- Manage suppliers, collaborating with Quality and Distribution.
- Establish monthly build plans to meet the demand plan for Manufacturing to execute within their capacity. Communicate delta in supply and capacity.
- Support the service plan of spare parts for Robotics and Instruments.
- Support the supply chain of NPI and obsolescence projects.
- Support the supply chain requirements of Field Operations.
Inventory Management:
- Strategy and procurement of inventory to maintain an effective inventory holding.
- Support Global SIOP on inventory strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce reoccurring customer backorders.
- Oversee the supplier returns process, RTV transactions, and credits for non-conforming materials.
- Manage the inventory turns within the US facility.
Team Development:
- Lead and manage all personnel within the Supply Chain Team including recruitment, onboarding, ongoing performance management, training, and development of staff.
- Oversee and assess output and the quality of service we provide to the supply chain team.
- Strategize and monitor the daily activities of the Supply Chain Team.
- Instil a service-first culture within the department and the larger operation.
- Develop an effective cross-training program to ensure task coverage at all times.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Supply Chain procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory agency requirements.
- Instigate root cause investigations and corrective action for the department.
- ·Assist with budget preparation for the Supply Chain department.
Monitoring & Controls:
- Leverage the efficient usage of the ERP system within the department.
- Implement effective KPIs to monitor the health of the Supply Chain department, identifying leading and lagging indicators of control to proactively influence the supply health of the business.
