What are the responsibilities and job description for the Waitress/Server position at Cork N’ Barrel?
```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments through the cash register
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Assist with bussing duties as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required (we will train!)
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Knowledge of bussing procedures to maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Understanding of food service regulations and adherence to food safety standards
