FT/PT Dishwasher

Overview:

Looking for awesome energetic people to join the team immediately. Dishwasher positions pay $13-$16 plus tips and service fee.

We charge a 5% kitchen service charge to our guest. Example: If we do a 15k day with 8 cooks and 2 dishwashers each staff member would earn an extra $75 on top of their base pay. It's a model that pays the kitchen for performance. It's an incentive for our staff to make the best food they can because they understand the busier we get the more they get paid.

We have two part time and one full time position available. Experience in a kitchen preferred but not necessary. Evenings and weekends are required.
We are currently seeking one Part-Time dishwasher and one Full-Time dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team. As a dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional food service and customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines

Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, as needed
