A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SEWER AND DRAIN TECHNICIAN

As a Sewer and Drain Technician, you are a lifesaver to our customers and an integral part of our team. When a client calls, you head to their home ready to provide them with the kind of quality service we are committed to. Once there, you use a camera to inspect their plumbing system for leaks, damage, or signs that a pipe has reached the end of its life. When necessary, you then use our specialized equipment to restore the flow to our client's clogged drains.

As you work, you take time to educate the customer. You write up your recommendations and present them to the client. Skilled in sales, you know not to be pushy, but you do keep your goals in mind as you guide the customer through their options for replacement or repair. When you're done with a call, you conscientiously clean the camera. Your day is busy but fulfilling because you render an important service to our clients. Knowing you do such vital work fills you with pride!

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 years of experience in sewer and drain
• Experience with sewer video equipment (cameras, locators, etc.)
• Knowledge about sewer replacement and repairs
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license

General plumbing knowledge or experience is preferred. Are you skilled in customer service and sales? Do you have great communication skills, both verbal and written? Are you a problem solver?
