We are seeking a full-time Financial Analyst. This is an exempt position. The individual will have the opportunity to work onsite from our Clackamas or Vancouver office. The ideal candidate should be flexible and available to work at both the Clackamas and Vancouver office locations as needed.
The annual salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 (DOE).

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
This position reports to the Assistant Controller of Finance and is responsible for the accurate reporting of sub-ledger details.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive process improvement utilizing software tools like Power BI, UiPath, Salesforce, Excel and other emerging technologies
- Build interwoven automated processes that provide live actionable information for decision-makers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP system accuracy, resolving system errors promptly to reflect activity correctly
- Engage across organizational lines to ensure adherence to company policies and initiatives, fostering a culture of compliance
- Educate and support team members throughout the organization on relevant processes and tools
- Manage freight costs, identify discrepancies, and apply cost-saving methodologies
- Manage and improve the A/R tracking system and enhance the speed and efficiency of collections
- Report on Work in Process and Cycle Count on a as needed basis
- Support with internal and external audit processes
- Serve as backup for AR Specialist and Staff Accountant
- Maintain and update vendor master files to facilitate smooth procurement processes and accurate financial reporting
- Perform various General Accounting functions, Financial Reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley, Forecast Analysis, and Cost Accounting as needed
- Back up other finance and accounting functions as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Finance or Accounting
- 1-2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst (required)
- Solid foundation in Excel, Power BI, UiPath, and Epicor, or the willingness to learn with the ability to adapt to new software quickly
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to document with complete particulars, recording facts for future reference and support. Ability to organize and file documents for quick and easy retrieval.
- Must be able to work under the pressure of tight deadlines.
