• 100% Focus on our guests.
• Ensure store is staffed and employees are presentable.
• Build a positive and rewarding working environment for all.
• Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and well maintained.
• Develop current employees - train new hires.
• Solve various problems as they arise.
• Fill in for store manager when not present.
1 years of experience in retail, or food service. 6 months or more in a leadership role.
Education : HS Diploma or GED / 2-year degree is a plus.
$200.00 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days
