Join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team as a Creative Marketing Specialist. In this pivotal role, you'll drive the development of multi-channel marketing efforts, specializing in real estate marketing. We're seeking a candidate with a sharp design eye, strategic mindset, and a passion for crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Duties and responsibilities

• Spearhead content development for new resident marketing communications across various channels, including eblast campaigns, website, and social media.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to devise and execute rental campaigns that stimulate leasing activity.
• Maintain and update internal and resident newsletters, eblast campaigns for available units, and website landing pages to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
• Design captivating graphics, layouts, and marketing collateral to support Cornerstone Apartments' communication and marketing initiatives.
• Manage and design branded assets, including templates for PowerPoint, letterhead, event flyers, email signatures, business cards, signs, and banners.
• Drive prospective leasing through strategic marketing campaigns and performance marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the team to identify, nurture, track, and analyze lead pipelines to lease.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills in all tasks.
• Craft effective presentations and marketing materials utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen graphic sensibility.
• Exhibit a passion for strategy, new business acquisition, and client engagement.
• Produce presentations, proposals, and other marketing collateral with a focus on print and editorial layouts.
• Utilize advanced skills in Adobe InDesign for information design and layout, along with proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Act as an excellent communicator, proactive problem solver, and action-oriented team player.
• Manage digital assets, scheduling property and unit photos as needed and uploading them to all outlets.
• Assist in scheduling ILS media shoots and coordination.
• Review, design, and order property signs, banners, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Real Estate, Communications, or related field.
• Previous experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related role, especially within the real estate industry, is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Passion for creativity and innovation in marketing strategies.

Compensation Package

• $65,000 - $75,000 starting annual salary, based on experience
• 2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start
• 9 Paid Holidays, including your birthday
• 401k - 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salary

Working Conditions

• Position is full time in office Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch.
• Work location: Denver, CO
