The Loan Assistant builds and maintains strong customer and employee relationships. Will assist customers with financial transactions in an accurate and professional manner. Will provide unmatched customer service and exhibit and uphold Cornerstone Bank culture, core values and mission.
JOB DUTIES
Assist loan officers/support staff with the preparation of loan documentation, processing advance/pay down requests, compiling of credit file as well as obtaining pertinent documentation, various reports, internal filing fee reconciliation, assist with Laser Pro Administration duties, collateral coordinating and help with customer inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS
Equivalent to a high school education minimum. At least 2 years of equivalent work experience preferred. Attention to detail. Math aptitude. Verbal and written communication. Working knowledge of computers. Ability to interact effectively with other bank personnel, management, co-workers and customers. Ability to work with little or no supervision. Coordinate multiple tasks and organize projects. Sound judgment, courtesy, tact and diplomacy. Ability to deliver unmatched customer service.
