$15,000 SIGN ON BONUS Weekend position ONLY Friday-Sunday
At Cornerstone Hospice, the Registered Nurse Clinician/Admissions role is responsible for determining the eligibility and preparation of patient/families for hospice care. This can be done in hospitals, ALF, LTC facilities, and/or the home environment throughout Orange and Osceola county. This position is responsible for all activities designated to enhance and coordinate relationships with hospital referral sources, increase referrals, and assist in timely admissions.
