**Chief Clinical Officer, Chief Operating Officer** **Job Summary:** Manage hospital operations, lead strategic planning, and ensure quality healthcare services. **Responsibilities:** * Manage all aspects of hospital operations, including policy implementation and budget development * Collaborate with Market CEO to direct strategic planning and develop hospital policies and objectives * Oversee finance and business office functions, ensuring funds are collected and expended appropriately * Ensure staffing plans are adequate for hospital departments * Respond to community needs for quality healthcare services by monitoring hospital medical activities * Serve as member of hospital executive committee and other administrative committees as designated * Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with Company's Code of Conduct, policies, and applicable laws and regulations **Key Skills and Qualifications:** * Ability to coordinate short- and long-term planning activities * Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, word processing, and spreadsheet software * Knowledge of The Joint Commission, local, state, and federal laws and regulations * General budgeting, accounting, and management skills * Ability to work well with management teams and employees * Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or clinical specialty * Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or clinical specialty preferred * Five years' experience in healthcare administration/management, preferably in a hospital setting * Two years' prior COO or CEO level experience preferred **About ScionHealth:** ScionHealth is committed to a culture of service excellence, demonstrated by employees' adherence to the service excellence principles of Pride, Teamwork, Compassion, Integrity, Respect, Fun, Professionalism, and Responsibility.
