We have partnered with a Fortune 500 Company who is seeking an Operator for their Decatur, IL manufacturing facility. This is a full time role that requires ability to climb stairs, lift up to 55 lbs., and prolonged standing and/or sitting in confined spaces. The ideal candidate will have the following skill sets:
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional attendance and work ethic
- Ability to withstand dust and noisy environment
- Exhibit flexible and reliable respect for fellow employees
- Follow and review operating procedures and provide recommendations for improvements
- Operate a Corn Germ Prep or Extraction safely and efficiently
- Participate in safety meetings, comply with all safety polices, and report and unsafe conditions
- Strong safety and math aptitude
- Compensation for this role is starting at $16/hour
