Criminal Defense Attorney

Cornerstone Law Firm in Blandon, Pennsylvania is seeking a criminal defense attorney to join our growing team.

The right candidate will be a diligent defender who can utilize a capable support staff to bring about the best outcome for our clients. We are looking for a creative defense attorney who proactively solves client problems and resolves legal matters quickly. Though we are willing to consider candidates who have limited experience, our ideal applicant will have five years of criminal defense experience.

Responsibilities:

· Represent clients in civil court cases, managing all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.

· Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to each case.

· Research and analyze legal issues, laws, and regulations for clients.

· Draft and file legal documents, including lawsuits, appeals, and legal briefs.

· Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in legal disputes.

· Clearly and promptly communicate with staff and clients.

· Organization in all areas of practice.

Requirements:

· Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and a valid Pennsylvania attorney’s license.

· Proven experience in criminal law, with a track record of successful case management and courtroom advocacy.

· Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Commitment to justice and a compassionate understanding of clients' situations.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
