Experienced Bookkeeper
Looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented bookkeeper with a passion for managing financial records, who can thrive in a small family business.
Our family business is a thriving, close-knit business dedicated to servicing our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. Responsibilities include:
· Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, using accounting software
· Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
· Reconciling bank statements and financial transactions.
· Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
· Collaborating with our team to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications for this position include:
· Proven experience as a bookkeeper, with a track record of managing financial tasks in a small business setting.
· Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
· Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance.
