Cornerstone Realty, Inc., is seeking to hire an experienced leasing associate with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and maintaining high occupancy and low turnover. This person will oversee leasing parking sites, pad sites, rooftops, and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will be competitive, determined, high energy, and an excellent communicator and an honest and ethical negotiator.

Responsibilities:

  • Research market trends, competitor pricing, and other relevant factors to make data-driven leasing decisions. Getting to know and understand competition in the surrounding area and understanding our competitive market.
  • Create marketing materials and strategies and generate potential client lists.
  • Generating & Managing All Marketing Materials. Generating awareness, interest, and excitement via social media and other outlets.
  • Conducting Property Tours w/ Prospects.
  • Negotiating Conditions & Terms of Agreements (w/ Direct Supervisor).
  • Complete All New Tenant Onboarding Tasks.

Education and Experience:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in leasing/acquisitions in the real estate field
  • Sales and customer service experience preferred
  • High school degree is required. College degree is a plus but not mandatory
  • Broker’s license not required.

Skills & Ability

  • Projects a professional sales image
  • Experience with MS Office suite: word, excel, access, outlook
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities without losing sight of the details.
  • Creative problem solver
  • Ability to introduce structure to an organization which has grown organically
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Driven by a desire to learn and be a part of the real estate and property management business.

Work Location:

  • In-person (Waterbury, CT)

Compensation:

  • a mixture of a base salary combined with an attractive incentive pay structure
  • $70,000 base salary
