Property Maintenance Technician

Do you enjoy hands on work, versatility in your day and working independently? This is the position for YOU!

Duties will include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs (dishwashers, washer/dryer, oven/stovetops, fridges), HVAC, painting and grounds. You will get apartments ready for move in.

* Ability to work independently and organize tasks.

* General maintenance experience in multi-unit residential a HUGE plus but not required.

* Must have a valid driver's license

* Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

* Have own basic tools

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour. DOE

Schedule:

  • 40 hours a week
  • Mon-Fri
  • Rotating weekends for on call emergencies

Experience:

  • Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
