We are looking for a talented project manager to oversee construction projects of a Luxury Resort in Wilson Arkansas. *Job Responsibilities: * * Prepare, monitor, adjust all project budgets from conceptual estimating through project buy out. Insure project costs remain within established goals set by the project team; * Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion; * Obtain all necessary regulations and permits; * Supervise and lead estimators, project managers and superintendents on all projects; * Develop and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan; * Perform other tasks as needed Requirements * Expert knowledge of Project Management Software; * Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and construction workers;and * Excellent organization, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting skills. Education and Experience Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in construction science and management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related degree or equivalent experience. * Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Outreach Training * Experience working on large scale construction projects.
