An industry-leading law firm in North Phoenix is looking for a Foreclosure Processor for a growing team of mortgage professionals.

The company specializes in financial, real estate, and mortgage and is seeking self-directed, detail-oriented people to join their team!

Job Title : Foreclosure Processor (Post Sales Processor)

Location : North Phoenix, AZ 85020

Pay : $19-21 / hourly

Job Description :

Monitors and processes mortgage accounts that are in the foreclosure process.

Job Responsibilities :

Completes conveyances to FHA / VA once sale is complete

Completes disbursements and issues the associated Tristee's Deeds

Completed Deed in Lieu paperwork

Title and foreclosure experience

Ideal Candidate :

Experience with title and foreclosure documents

Solid work history

Must type 60 words per minute & advanced 10 key skills

Advanced skills using Microsoft Word and Excel

On-boarding Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Criminal Background & Drug Screening

2 verifiable employment references
