Job Title: Inventory Cost Coordinator

Location: Dallas, Texas - On Site

Pay: $24/hr.

Schedule: Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary:

• This position will be focusing on aged GRIR reconciliation.

• This position will be reaching out to the warehouse and vendors as necessary. In this position a lot of research will be required.

• The reconciliation is a function all the coordinators do currently, however we have some old reconciliation that this individual will help with and once this is complete,

• Will work on claims which is a function all coordinators work on as well.

The ideal candidate will have the following profile:

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of all accounting concepts and principles, especially as they relate to accounts payable and Inventory costing.

• Candidate must have the ability to organize and prioritize workload in order to meet aggressive deadlines.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Intermediate Excel.

• SAP financial experience a must

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

• Flexible to adjust to changes in responsibilities, procedures, or working conditions.

• Critical nature of this job may require extended hours.

• Associates Degree preferred.

• Two years of similar experience preferred
