How do I get started?
The duties of this job require you to have a New York State real estate license.
If you are not licensed, our fast track training program will ensure you complete these requirements, get licensed, and begin your job in property management as soon as possible.
What You Can Expect
How much you earn as a Property Manager varies based on the number of hours you work.
- Part-time Property Managers (19-39 hours per week) can make up to $40,000 per year.
- Full time Property Managers (20 hours or more per week) can make up to $145,000 per year.
As you progress in your career as a Property Manager, your salary will dramatically increase.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
