CT Tech Trainee

Full-time 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Are you a Radiologic Technologist looking to train into CT Technologist?! If so, we invite you to come join our RadNet | Corona Comprehensive team as a CT Technologist in training. We have both full-time with a shift of 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. These positions are located at our multi-modality outpatient imaging practice in Corona, CA. Our center currently uses GE Silhouette and Carestream Quantum and DR Systems. We provide a wide variety of diagnostic imaging services to patients in a friendly and comfortable environment.

In this CT Technologist Trainee position you'll get to:

• Train to become a CT Technologist.
• Perform high quality radiologic, (add other modalities such DEXA and/or fluoroscopy if needed) exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient's well-being during exams; recognizes patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate action.
• Guide patients through this sometimes difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Occasionally travel to our nearby centers to receive training and/or help with coverage.
• Participate in projects and/or meetings, as well as complete other tasks as assigned by management.

We're looking for experienced and professional radiologic technologist candidates who are able to independently perform all outpatient radiologic exams and procedures with high quality results. Applicants must have CA State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology (CRT), BLS certification, a CA State Fluoroscopy Permit if performing fluoroscopy, and great communication skills! Recent Radiologic work experience (post externship) is preferred!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
