Position: Client Success Manager, Primary and Specialty Physician ServicesFLSA Status: Full time, Non-ExemptReports to: Senior Client Success Manager, Primary and Specialty Physician ServicesSummary/Objective: The Client Success Manager, Primary and Specialty Physician Service Group will be responsible for managing and communicating the revenue cycle activities and performance for our client practices to ensure a successful client experience. Client Success Managers will focus on partnering with the client practices to understand their goals, challenges and key practice drivers.
