What you'll be doing
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Office Administrator within the UK Office Support division. This position falls under our Epyx line of business based in Heath Farm, Meriden, UK.
This is a full-time permanent role working 5 days a week onsite. Ideal candidate will have access to a car. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
Key Accountabilities :
Managing and maintaining a sufficient level of office supplies. Including consumables, products, and stationery.
Ensuring the property, with specific reference to communal areas, are kept clean / tidy.
Liaising with suppliers, processing invoices / payments and managing office expenses
Meet / greet external visitors, signing them into the site and issuing / managing temporary security key fobs.
Prepare meeting rooms in advance of all external visitor appointments.
Coordinate orders for catering requirements and distribute to meetings.
Liaising with trades, contractors and suppliers to administer required works.
Managing and scheduling annual reviews, as part of legal requirements
Assist with the management and implementation of fire and first aid procedures and policies.
Assist with risk management and assessments.
Manage and process building access.
Assist with annual audits, both internal & external.
Liaise with Corpay shared services to ensure Epyx is fully compliant with regulations.
What we’re looking for :
Strong administrative and IT literacy skills (including Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Event management experience
Understanding of H&S and security regulations
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Professional approach
A positive, can-do attitude.
Manages well under pressure.
A reliable, adaptable and outgoing individual
Car driver - with access to a car.
